Warranty, replacement and return mechanism

Warranty Mechanism:

The product is shipped with the damaged carton by the customer to our address in Riyadh (through SMSA shipping company)

Then the replacement product is shipped by the store

Or visit our branch in Riyadh and the product will be replaced immediately

The warranty does not include misuse by the customer such as breakage, cutting, etc.

 Replacement and return mechanism:

Allowed within 7 days from the date of creating the order, provided that the box is not opened and the product is used

The customer bears the shipping costs (through the shipping company SMSA)

If the payment is by Visa, the operating company"s commission will be deducted upon return

In the event that the customer did not receive the shipment and it was returned to us, the customer will bear the amount of return shipping and return

Maintaining the order number and all device accessories is important to benefit from the warranty, replacement and retrieval.

In the event of an objection to the shipment, contact will be made within 24 hours of receiving the order

The mechanism of delivery and receipt of the order follows the policy of the delivery company
